*Dr. Richard does not accept pediatric patients under the age of 10 years.Dr. Richard Skibell has been a practicing orthodontist for more than 30 years. He attended dental school at the University of Texas in Houston and graduated in 1970. He completed his specialization in orthodontics in 1974 and served in the Air Force at Clark Air Base on Luzon Island, Phillipines.When not seeing his patients, Dr Skibell loves to enjoy a relaxing day of golf, goes for long walks with his two dogs Harry, a Burma Doodle, and Watson, a Golden Doodle. He also enjoys traveling with his wife to visit their daughter in San Francisco and son in New York.According to Dr. Skibell oral hygiene is very important. This requires thorough brushing and daily flossing as both are essential for overall oral health. He is committed to providing his patients with the highest quality dental care and believes in offering several dental techniques to be able to reach the best outcome for his patients.
