Dr. Shabadu is the first generation in her family to go to college and even become a doctor. She graduated from Kamineni Institute of Dental Sciences and moved to the United States to enhance her career. She has a Masters degree in Health Administration from Texas State University, San Marcos. She was awarded Foster G. McGaw Scholarship from American College of Healthcare Executives and was inducted into Upsilon Phi Honor Society. After earning her MHA, Dr. Shabadu went on to pursue her DDS degree from University of Michigan School of Dentistry. She graduated top of class and became a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), the national honor society in dentistry for her outstanding academic achievement as a student. She also received the Dr. Frank Smith Memorial Award for demonstrating clinical excellence in Removable Partial Dentures and exhibiting commitment to provide excellent care. Currently, she is a member of American Dental Association and American Dental Education Association. Dr. Shabadu loves dancing, music, reading books, spending time with her family and wants to travel the world.
