Dr. George Landress is only one of several hundred doctors to achieve both Fellowship and Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry. The Academy of General Dentistry is an international organization of over 40,000 general dentists. Members are committed to continuing dental education to give patients the best possible care.Dr. Landress received the Fellowship Award in 1986 after completing more than 600 hours of continuing education courses and passing a rigorous comprehensive Fellowship examination. This earned him the Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (F.A.G.D.) title. He received the A.G.D.'s prestigious Master of the Academy of General Dentistry (M.A.G.D.) title in 1998 during convocation ceremonies in Boston, Massachusetts.He lives in Danbury and is on call 24 hours a day, even holidays, for emergencies.
